In hopes of sharing some of our life here, I thought I'd post some books that we've read about India. I think all or most would be available at a library near you. They may, of course, require some parental explanation. Do read them yourself before reading them to your kids. :)

3. To Market! To Market! by Anushka Ravishankar, Rathna Ramanathan, and Emanuele Scanziani
Delightful rhymes and pictures. Matthew's favorite.
4. I Is for India (World Alphabets) by Prodeepta Das
